Candidate Journey

1. Phone Screening

One of our recruiters will contact you to explore the job opportunity, assess your skillset according to the requirement of  the company and potentially arrange first roiund of interview

4. Second interview

The Recruiter and the Hiring Manager will collaboratively conduct the second interview. Should a new individual be present, a brief introduction will be provided. Following the interview, the outcomes of any assessments and assignments will be reviewed and discussed.

2. First Interview

You’ll engage with the Hiring Manager or a Team Manager, conversing about your work history. This session aims to provide clarity on the role while evaluating your qualifications.

5. Employment Offer

Following the interview process, you’ll receive a job offer if you have qualified the final round via email from the Recruiter. Upon acceptance, our HR department will send you an electronic contract for your signature.

3. Assessments/ Assignment

Upon invitation to the second interview, you will receive an assessment /assignment based on the role that you have applied for, to be completed within a stipulated amount of time.
